Structural Challenge

Structural Challenge required new premises to accommodate their growing business.

Consultation took place to gain an understanding of the new site and to gauge the functions of the company and team. One key requirement was to address the needs of individual employees with Project Managers, Design Managers, Estimators, and Production Coordinators each having unique roles. 

Considering these factors, Structural Challenge was provided with full office layout and concept drawings, 3D renders, and complete architectural drawings, including floor plans, finish plans, and an electrical services plan.

The office design included an open-plan workspace, boardroom, planning tables, and a pigeonhole solution designed to cater to the large volume of plans the company works with.

A uniquely tailored office provides a productive workspace that caters to collaborative and focused individual working situations. Areas suited to the activities of each team member were designed with their distinct requirements in mind, such as the installation of large benches for the spreading and discussion of project plans. Structural Challenge’s team has responded positively to the newly tailored environment, with greater ergonomics, greater motivation, and a stronger collective corporate identity.

A complete design service was provided, from initial design and architectural planning to the office’s fitout and furniture appointment. A visually appealing and vibrantly modern workspace was created, which has the Structural Challenge brand communicated throughout the space.
