Melbourne CBD Office Fitout
Clinuvel is a global pharmaceutical company pioneering in photomedicine & photocosmetics. Due to the lease expiry of their current office space, they planned to relocate to a higher floor in the same building at Bourke Street in Melbourne CBD.
The Clinuvel management team reached out to Bowen Interiors to design the office interior and fit out their new premise. We were their preferred fitout partner because of our inspiring concept design. We also assisted them with design options for both spaces they were initially looking into. This helped them select the ideal space for their new office.

They wanted an open-plan layout with more workstations, a large meeting room and a refreshing breakout space to recharge their employees.
We removed one of the existing offices and created an open workspace that incorporated 50% more workstations. We utilised the existing kitchen joinery but provided new floor coverings throughout, complimented by new breakout furniture and banquette seating. A green wall was added to the breakout area giving it a unique character. We extended the existing meeting room to create a larger space and provided a custom boardroom table with AV equipment.
The outcome is a modern office with ample natural light and greenery. The new space is open and inviting and promotes collaboration among the team.
