The Merchantwise Group, an integrated brand agency, relocated their offices, from Prahran to St Kilda in Melbourne. A design requisite for the new Merchantwise Group site was to encourage enhanced collaboration between teams, improve communication and create an enriching experience for their employees. To meet these requirements, The Merchantwise Group engaged Bowen Interiors to deliver an end-to-end solution.
Bowen Interiors worked closely with the leadership team at The Merchantwise Group to understand their goals for their new premises: Integration of modern design to reflect their corporate image and values, with a high-quality construction that provides functionality and inspiration.

Our Interior Designers ensured that The Merchantwise Group colour palette and brand identity were central to the look and feel of the project. With floor to ceiling glass along an external wall, natural light pours into the space, creating a feeling of wellness and harmony. The office incorporates many diverse areas to provide and support flexible working styles: open collaboration areas, informal spaces, boardroom, quiet areas for focused work, and a large kitchen and breakout area for employees to relax and connect. To compliment the fit out design, Bowen Interiors also specified and supplied an extensive range of stylish and flexible loose furnishings.
As part of our comprehensive solution, Bowen Interiors oversaw all project management from the initial design through to completion. By coordinating all stages of the project, including trades and personnel, Bowen Interiors were able to ensure the timelines were met and the project was delivered within budget, meeting all regulatory requirements.
The result is a space that marries functionality with stylish design, creating a memorable experience for clients and a welcoming and engaging environment for employees.
